What would you consider proper attire for these restaurants

We have our ADRs all set, and will be visiting a few restaurants we have not been to before. My concern is, even though they are in the parks, whether or not a certain attire, whether or not policy, is generally expected. It will be myself, DW, DS4, DS1, DFIL, and DMIL. My thought would be nice casual attire, i.e. golf shorts/shirts, but not t-shirts, jean shorts? Having small children, I know, not everywhere, but some restaurants, we have definitely been treated differently than when we were sans children (not at WDW, just places around our home, that we don't frequent any longer), so I just want to make sure we are at least dressed properly.

These are the ones I have concerns with:

Coral Reef

We have worn park attire for both numerous times--shorts and t-shirts.

If the restaurants are in the parks, there's no official dress code. I wear whatever I've been in all day to LeCellier.

Of course, I don't bring my worst clothes to Disney World. So all week long my family and I are wearing decent looking casual clothes. If we were going to a Signature restaurant, I might make sure my DH and DS have polo shirts on instead of T's.

Thank you both, that eases my mind on these. From the pictures I saw of the restaurants, I thought a certain dress might be expected. I generally wear golf shorts/shirts anyways, so more concerned with the kids.

I haven't been to Coral Reef in years but eat at Le Cellier almost every trip. We always just wear whatever we are wearing for the day - shorts, T-shirts, etc. As someone else said, if the restaurant is in a park, then the dress code is pretty much non-existent.

So apparently you've seen DS4's style of "eating" any form of ice cream? Sometimes I wonder if any of it has made it's way into his mouth.

hehe. Must be better as a fully body experience.

My son's 8 and he still gets the chocolate in strange places on his face. How can somebody eat an ice cream and get chocolate by their ear.

I know what you're saying. Last week we went to Dairy Queen and he got a Dilly Bar. Had to give him a bath afterwards, he had it all over his shirt, his legs, his forehead, his neck, his ears, and in his hair.
