What would you change?

I'm looking over my list of ADR's for June and I think I have too many Character meals/buffets. I'm thinking of switching the 1900 Park Fare to Ohana's; still fun for the kids, good food, but not quite the chaos of the character meals. I have one ADR per day.

Right now I have
Dinner Chef Mickey's
Dinner WCC
Dinner CP
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Dinner LeCellier
Breakfast CRT
Brown Derby FDP
1900 Park Fare
Need one more meal at Epcot showcase (undecided between, Chefs, Alfredo's, Teppenyaki, and Marrakesh)

Would you change 1900 Park Fare and what would you change it too. I know they supposedly have the better food between it and Chef Mickey but were going to CM for the character for DD (3) and DS (8).

What would you experts do?

I wouldn't change a thing, but why not add Ohanna instead of one in Epcot??

Good luck!

We enjoy the dinner much better at 1900 PF than at CM's. To see the "main mouse & his lady" we go to CM's for breakfast. The breakfast is very good. Just something for you to consider.

Personally, I would change Chef Mickey's dinner, and do maybe LTT or CP instead. If you keep CM, just be aware that, foodwise, it will be a HUGE waste of money.

Its been awhile since Ive been, but~ I have never been to a WDW buffet I didnt find some things to eat that were highly enjoyable. (ex~ at least one salad or soup item, at least 2 entre's and sides, and I always want to sample the entire desert selection(but never have, I dont want to be sick)

I wouldn't change anything and I'd add Teppenyaki or 'Ohana. Have a great vacation!

Hmmmm. Now I have my doubts about Chef Mickey. I thought it might be a great way to start our arrival day but I'm hearing tons of stuff about the food. We do occasionally eat at places like Golden Corral and Ryan's. Is the food similar. We went by CM on our last trip. (we took mono to the Cont. and the boat back to WL) and it looked like so much fun that my kids really want to eat there. I think I'll keep 1900 PF, the character meals seemed to be spread out okay and right now DD (3) is REALLY into cinderella!

Now between Chefs, Alfredos, and Teppenyaki which would you do for dinner?

You can keep your ressie at Chef Mickeys. We start very trip with dinner there and my family absolutely loves it. This past summer we took a huge family trip (24 of us all together). Everyone in the family loved it. My cousins little boy said it was the best place he had ever eaten!

The food is much better than a Golden Corral or Ryan's. The mashed potatoes are superb!

It truly is a great way to start your trip. Don't worry about it and have a great trip.

I like your choices. For Epcot, I'm trying 2 that I haven't tried before...Teppanyaki for the CP dinner package (we don't have any of these in my town, so I have to try it!), and Marrakesh for lunch (we have a Middle Eastern restaurant in my town, but no belly dancers... :goodvibes ). Both have some good reviews and some bad reviews, as do just about every restaurant in WDW. My advice? Try something interesting.
