150 pts (banked and borrowed) won't get you much time in an OKW GV, but 150 on a standard BWV room is great for F&W and December. You'll likely be able to get OKW 1 or 2 brs at 7 months.

I would keep my points all in one place. It just seems to make things easier. We initially bought in SSR but fell in love with the BWV area so we did an add on there. We then sold our SSR because it was too complicated to make a long reservation with two different home resorts.

But, the question you need to ask yourself is if you want the two separate resorts for the 11 month booking window at each every other year or so...
