Personally, I would go with a PPO at Garden Grill. You will be coming off of a rest day and for me it's worth it for the pre-RD ride on Soarin'.

I just swapped for an 8:50am ADR. I agree that we will be well-rested to wake up early!

The earliest they had was 8:30am, and either way I dont want to rush our character breakfast, so at least with the 8:50am ADR we can get ahead of the crowds. Not too worried about Soarin', when we went in January 2019 the line never seemed to exceed 30mins.
