What would make your stay more enjoyable?

Ok..

I just got accepted as an employee of Disney at one of their local resort areas as part of their college program.

What is the most important aspect for you while staying at a resort?

I will be in the hospitality field of the resort when I arrive and want to do the best I can.

I understand that a trip to Disney is a magical one for many people and I hope I can assist in anyway possible if any problems should come up.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome.

Maybe I will run into a few of you during your stay!

1. smooth check-in
2. rooms near each other as requested and in bldg. requested.
3. cleaned each day; with stuff restocked.
4. Staff available to answer questions
5. Any magic i.e. stickers, pins, cookie making for kids; towel designs is just frosting on the cake!

I think that a smile is the first thing that comes to my mind!!!
Some understanding and patience when a problem arrives....

Congratulations!!!

Pop Century is perfect - well for me - happy & friendly CM, great manager, clean rooms, nice food court (okay the food court is not always clean -but hey if people would take responsible when their child splited something and tell someone....) but some people act like they may have to pay for it - they don't. even the lifeguards smile here.

love OKW most of the time, too.

Polyn loved it - until I got a front desk CM who didn't understand English.... I don't think they should put anyone on the front desk who can't understand English. It isn't right for the CM or the customer. (oh the other Cm knew she couldn't understand English and instead of coming over and helping - they just looked) - when I turn to them for help - they helped.

so I guess the best thing would be to help!
