"what will you celebrate" tour info?

I was working today, so my parents went to Downtown Providence to check it out. Apparently, all they were doing was handing out balloons. They also had computers there so people could register for the drawings (same as on-line) The balloons did have cards attached with a code to enter on the web site for a digital gift, but I couldn't find anywhere to enter it. go figure...

Found out where to enter the balloon codes. There is a field at the bottom when you first register, unfortunately, once you register your e-mail, there is no longer a place to enter the code. I used a different e-mail to enter the code, but nothing happened. Does anyone know what you get?
