What will the Poly look like the end of February?

Hi all,
I am hoping to go back this February and have always wanted to stay at the Poly but have not kept up on what is going on with everything there. I know the DVC is coming and there was a thread somewhere about the construction of that and other things but does anyone know what state things are "supposed to be" at in February? Even if construction is happening, will pool be open and Grand Ceremonial House be the same? Luau still going on?
