With a trip to Disney World, there could never be just one Magical Memory! This trip was a wonderful example of what makes my life great- my kids and my husband! Add a bit of Disney magic and fabulous weather and...
well Ill just have to start at the beginning.

Glad you decided To write a trip report! I love to go back and read mine later in time. It really takes me back there

I had trouble clicking on your link. It may have been related to the size and the fact that I'm on my phone. At any rate, I clicked away before I mentioned your photography on your ptr. It's great! Can't wait to see the pictures on here!

I can't wait o hear about the memories you guys made!

Some may know us from my PTR but here is our Cast

little Buzz as he was previously called. 5 1/2 years old with a love of Disney that nearly matches his mom. I wanted to get back to Disney before he starts kindergarten in September. He is sweet, smart and extremely adventurous. He is my thrill seeker but quickly resorts back to a mommas boy.

Next baby alien- This little devil will be 3 on tuesday(06/07!) We got one more trip in before, part of my plan as well. He is a love, cuddley and a class clown already. You never know what fun he will stir up. However, where his brother is a fearless, this little man is reserved.

Dad, Hubby and love of my life- I am a lucky woman to be married to him(and so is he:lovestruc) We will celebrate 13 yrs 6/21. He is not a dis-freak like me, but he enjoys it and seems to be getting a bit more sucked in with the kids now.

I love all things disney and have a dream trip planned at all times. Actuallly, we love to travel. LB(little buzz to save time) is just like me. He cant get enough vacation. Upon our return from Dis last week, he asked me to make a new count down calander. I said for what camping in July? He said No, the Bahamas! After explaning that we were NOT infact planning a trip back there, he then said OK Aruba! :rotfl: A kid can dream too.
We travel mostly(ok only) warm places with palm trees unless its local. One day we plan to live in one of those spots.
I am in school, a part time college student at nealry 38 years old and its not too bad. I hope this will be my means to get us out of NJ. I also work part time, in my lifelong career as a stylist and colorist(started in a salon at 14!)
We enjoys scuba, have a boat, RV and I inherited a Harley Davidosn this year! Along with that, I got some money which is how we came to decide we would do this particular trip. It was someone that never shared anything in life with my kids and should have, so I decided this was what he owed them(and some $ in college savings as well.)

Thanks to anyone popping in and sharing in our magical trip. I love to relish in the memories...So... what will they be???

I'm in!:thumbsup2 Looking forward to hearing all about your memories!popcorn::

Your boys are adorable!;)

Our adventure began pre-dis. We had my nieces wedding 5/20, my boys were ring bearers and I was the official wedding party hairstylist. I also doubled as engagement/graduation photographer and host of her shower(how do I get roped into this stuff?)
It was a beautiful beach wedding and the boys did great!

So we worked a combo of the entire week and weekend before and the first half of the week then headed to the New jersey Shore(not far from the stupid show but nothing like that in our circle.) We checked out of the hotel saturday, took a quick jaunt over to the boardwalk to show the kids and then home to prep for part II.

So the real fun started Sunday may 22. DH and I had kids sleep in our room since we had guests still from wedding at home. We woke at 4:15 am and then got boys up at 4:30 and we were in the car at 4:50 am!
Quick stop at dunkin becasue every one runs better on dunkin (especially at 5 am) and off to philly.
Hubby dropped me and the kids at airtran departures and parked the car. Quick and easy, right in, 2 suit cases checked and we breezed through security. As luck would have it they just called to board plane when we walked up.
The flight was also in our favor, actually arrived 20 min. early. In my excitement and anticipation, I took us to the departing Magical express bus not the arrivals. Opps, back to the other side of the airport. We were just in tome to board and quickly on our way.
By 11:30 am, I was already standing at check in at

What adorable ring bearers!! (Wildwood use to be our Jersey Shore destination when I was a kid.)

And you leave me hanging at check in...wanting more!

Our check in was amazingly quick and I was thrilled to learn our room was all ready. The only complaint I had was waiting a while for the internal bus to take us since we were in Trinidad South(aka far as far can be) because of pirate rooms. We all loved the decor int he room, so cute and so Disney! A perfect reassurance that I made the right choice to stay on site!

We were again happy to see we got our request of a ground floor room and we faced the courtyard with chairs a few feet away(which turnes out nicely for us to sit outside with beer and do my homework when kids slept.) Sadly, no mickey towels(its the first day, surely we would get one.) Our garden grocer order was quickly brought over and our luggage in about an hour.

Our room was behind that palm stright ahead.
We decided to forgo my plans (already) and let kids swim a few minutes ofter lunch at port royal food court.
The dining plan was very confusng as a newbie but we finally ate and kids swam just in pirate pool for those swah bucklers under 48". Then after a quick change we hopped a bus to MK.

More to come, DH is home for less then 24 hrs then away for the week. Ill have plenty of time!

Magic Kingdom, here we come...
Our bus stop was close and the wait for a bus was not long (which was a fear after much of what I read on disboards.)
Once inside, we headed right to the Mickey Minnie meet and greet by entrance. The wait said 10 min. SCORE!
We wait, kids are excited and impatient, we round the corner and younger DS catches a glimpse of Minnie and his eyes light up. This is one of the moments you wait for with anticipation and in his true fashion, he made it even more special then I could imagine.
vacation155-2.jpg

With bright eyes, he waves a big hello to Minnie and Yells out " HEY Minnie... Its ME Shane!!" I laughed so hard and kissed his cute little face. It was the best and I had camera in hand. Older ds, Jesse didnt react much but his grin looked a bit nervous.

This is a snap shot from my Flip Video camera, BTW- Love it!

I love the walk to main street but kids didnt get as excited as I had hoped.
vacation166.jpg

The Dream Along with Mickey parade was on and that did get them excited so we watched a few minutes. The kids were so excited to see Hook and Smee but Yds didnt know why Jake wasnt there but Peter pan was.

vacation170.jpg

So we made our way to what Jesse has been waiting for, BUZZ lightyear Spaceranger spin(our first time on it.) The wait was 20 minutes, I think, partly in the sun and the kids were starting to feel the heat and tired from travel all day.
I started to wonder how much longer they would make it.
After a quick spin, we stepped out to see a not too long line to meet buzz and it was just what they needed! They were rejuvinated. Again, Shane had to make us laugh, he tried to pull Buzz's knee open and then wouldnt leave until he pushed his laser button on his arm. (I know photo over load, sorry!)
vacation173.jpg

Next stop, a mickey icecream bar then onto the people mover. From my intro post you can see ods came alive seeing it all from up there.
Monsters inc was definitly a laugh factory for Jesse, He was hysterical(I had to shh him a few times. I can only hear what the other disers would have said:rolleyes1)

We headed to Mad hatters teacups, ran right through fantasyland with out stopping, since we would return Friday.
vacation181.jpg

Stopped at Dh fav Pirates of the caribbean, jungle cruise then a quick meal at Pecos Bill.
I had never eaten there; it was pretty good. Sad to see kids sides were, gee can you guess it, grapes and carrots(this gets old with my kids.)
DH had BBQ pork sandwich, I just used a snack credit for chili and added some cheese from taco bar thing and I think kids had a burger(limited choices) but they ate a lot of my chili as usual.
We hit Haunted Mansion and somehow I missed the new que. Kids loved it, nothing scary in there.
As we headed back out, they chose a light sword/spinner for souvenier (had gift cards.) We were just in time to pick a spot for Electric Light Parade! A very nice man made room for us and strollers. We headed out after that knowing we would see Wishes Friday as well.
Shane fell asleep on the walk to buses and Jesse on the bus. DH took one and a stroller and I carried the other child and second stroller(so thankful my kids are light weights, this became common.)
Back in the room, we managed to get shoes off and shorts and thery slept in their mickey T-shirts, same they put on at 4:30 am! This is how they were sleeping when we put them down! Two peas in a pod in some ways. The end of a wonderful day.

Loving your first day! And you can never have too many pics in a TR! :goodvibes

The pic of them sleeping in the bed is soo adorable!! :cloud9:

The pirate rooms are adorable! Love the bed spreads!

How was staying at CBR without a car? We were in Trinidad South our first stay and used our car to drive to the food court, lol.

Just this week, they changed the sides at some of the counter service restaurants for kids. They took away grapes as a choice at ABC Comissary and added those crushable strawberry yogurt cups. Also apple sauce was no longer a choice.

The pirate rooms look pretty cool. It stinks that they are so far away from everything though.

The boys looks so cute sleeping.
