Why??? I think it's great that they want to bring back that ride.

One, they (universal) haven't said anything-ANYTHING-about rebuilding Kong.

Second-they wouldn't have enough room to put it at where Nick was.

I don't find it to be credible.

I think them making a new Kong is about a .0000000000000000000001% chance.

Nick Studios in the beginning had some very good tours complete with seeing all of the sound stages, editing areas and kitchens where they let you taste REAL Slime.

Honestly I wasn't on any tours there for probably the past 6-7 years so I don't know what they did, but if they weren't filming any shows, I can see how it might be underwhelming.

I just wonder what they'll do with the slime geyser

geyser is already gone....sniff.

It's just bare cement now.

OK, I see your point. Well, it would've been nice though. Any rumors about what they have in the works over at IoA?

Dang, they didn't waste any time did they? Wonder if they did anything with the time capsule buried in the ground not to be opened until 2050

Interesting...what capsule is this? I've never heard of it.

Oh wow, I can't believe I never knew about that capsule. Thanks for the pic.

I'm so sad to see the Geiser gone like that...:sad2:

It's in the bottom right hand side of this picture where the green slime on the ground is. It is the circle in the "slime."

thanks for the pic, it had been a LONG time since Ive actually seen it.

BTW, when Universal opened, Im pretty sure there was another BTTF themed time capsule to be opened in 2015, don't know where it is located though

BTW here it is in a MUCH better pic and it's 2042, not 2050

No idea, I'm guessing if they are planning on digging it up, we'd see it happen soon.

Anyway, the Nick Ride is still there, so they still have a presence.

I wonder if it will have any bearing on the nick characters in the park. I guess cause Jimmy is there they would stay? Maybe not. Like the rugrats and dora.

All of the Nick characters are still out and about.

That really sucks about the geyser. It was an icon of the park. Makes me wonder what they plan to do about the time capsule. I also take it that this is a good sign that whatever they decide to do with the building won't have a Nick theme.

Yeah, I knew I should have gotten some photos of them both on May 1st when I arrived. I've never gone on Nick in the few times I've been there, just never been there at the right times. Not a huge loss, but it will definitely feel out of place without Nick right there when you walk in.
