What will be new?

I'm going to casually start planning our next trip~ something fun to do!
We went last summer and did FOP but not ROL, only did SDD in Toy Story Land (due to unbearable weather), and I'm not remembering if anything else was new since our previous trip, which was three years prior...That said, we very much enjoyed having some new things to experience...
We are planning for Nov/Dec 2021. Haven't seen the skyliner or any of the new Star Wars whatever...
What else may be done~ or gone~ by that time?

In Epcot, the Ratatouille ride plus the new Ducktales interactive in World Showcase. Guardians of the Galaxy might be done. The new Tron ride should be open at Magic Kingdom.

I do not believe this has been confirmed, but if you have a link I'd be curious to see the dates.

Haven't read anything about the dates being moved. I still see everything posted as opening 2021.
But with the work delay, anything is possible. Almost all the work is inside now, so its hard to tell how far along they are in construction.
