Which restaurants serve plantain at WDW?
The only place that comes to mind off the top of my head:
Bongo's Cuban Cafe in Downtown Disney.
And that's probably the only one.
In 2009 while eating at San Angel Inn, my steak came with a side of fried plantains. They were fabulous. I do think that dish was still on the menu last year. Can't think of the name but you can look see if you would like it.
In addition to Bongo's and San Angel Inn, if you look at the menus on allears.net, it looks like Shutters & Old Port Royale (at CBR) have some menu items w/ plantains & also Pollo Campero (at DTD) has plantains as a side as well.
I may have seen something about plantains on the Maya Grill menu...I have had them at SAI. They are delicious!
Kona has them as well
Tusker House lunch has plantains.
So good.![]()
At DTD, Pollo Campero offers a side dish of sweet plantains.
Tusker House has them at the character breakfast as well!!! YUMMY!!! I had seconds!
