Getting my hair done.

My stylist used to do hair out of her home and I would get a haircut and color for only $40. Now she works at a salon.

It took me weeks to get the nerve up to go drop way too much money on a haircut and color at the salon, but boy did I need it.

I felt so much better after I got it done, like a normal woman again! lol!

oh, and I did get a massage last weekend, but I used a gift certificate that DH gave me, so I didn't pay full price for it.

The Castle Anniversary clock from the This is Love event. I had no plans of doing the final RSP, and was quite happy with my pins and T-shrit. But DH saw it and really liked, as did I when I saw it in person (didn't look as nice in the picture), and he told me to enter it on my final RSP and if I got it, it was meant to be. It should arrive at my house any day now!!!

I went last weekend and bought six new set of scrubs for work. The splurge part was that they aren't plain scrubs, I got all cute ones with flare leg pants, wrap tops etc. They are also not that stiff scrub material, they are all brushed cotton. I'm so in love with my new scrubs . This weekend I'm splurging on a new computer, yippee!!!!! DH and I were trying to decide between a new sofa or a new computer with our tax return but it's no surprise which one won out. The sofa gets a new slip cover and we get a new computer.

I have not bought it yet, but will be buying a new computer within the next week. We are getting a Sony Viao, I'm so excited because the Compaq Presario we have is on it's last leg and is VERY slow!!!!

But not counting that, some needlepoint materials to try a needlepoint pattern. I've been doing cross stitch for a few years, this is my first try at needlepoint. And I picked up 2 silk thread skeins while I was at it.

The vast majority of my indulgence purchases lately have been either books or cross stitch supplies.

Dimond earings!

I've always wanted a pair like this! They are circle hoops with diamonds going down the front of each hoop. I don't know what the "proper" name for this style is, but it's very popular now. Kind of like an eternity band for your ears!!

But, owie!!! The posts are so thick, it took FOREVER to get them in. It was almost like repiercing my ears. I have to "force" myself to wear them every few days so my "new & improved" holes don't close up!

Bought a new pair of black leather boots last week. Totally not needed but they are absolutely fab. Really pleased with them.

Tried to splurge on tix to see Prince this saturday at the Fillmore in San Francisco. Couldn't get through to buy the tix. At $100 a piece it would have definitely been a splurge. Especially since we just got back from WDW less than 2 weeks ago.

My biggest splurge there was food If I wanted it, I got it!! Also we bought lots of pins and I got 2 sweatshirts and a hat. I spoiled myself and DH the whole trip, it was great.

I bought Disney 21" pullman suitcase from the disneystore.com. It was 1/2 price. It was the blue comic strip mickey mouse ones...in case any of you saw them at WDW. I wanted to buy it on our last trip at full price...so the 1/2 off was sweet.
