What was your favorite Christmas present?

I picked out all of my gifts with the exception of the diamond earrings DH surprised me with! So the earrings and these clogs are my favorite gifts this year!

My favorite is also the biggest surprise. I love my new Louis Vuitton Murakami Alma pocketbook.
Never expected it - wanted it but never expected it.

My DH also picked out the family gift this year, one item we all share, usually a TV or such.

He did good - the Sony DCR-DVD100 Handycam - YEAH! No more vidoe tapes -straight to CD!

You are soooo lucky!!! I wanted the Dooney and Burke one that looks like the Murakami design, but my boyfriend wouldn't get it for me because he says it looks like a fake Louis V. bag!

DH picked this out for me from the disney store, not realizing ( neither him or me ) that it was a men's pajama. but it is so comfy that I don't care!!!

Scrapping supplies.. including a 6' scrapping table! I am just a beginner, and my DH bought me lots of great stuff.. stickers, a paper cutter, gel and sparkle pens and paper. I also got a great set of Pierre Cardin pens. (I can ONLY write with certain pens... must be a fine line black pen!)

I agree, it definatly does, but that doesn't take away from the cuteness. Living in NYC I have seen some REALLY bad rip offs, but the D&B one is done nicely.

The House. No Really. My mom and dad are moving to a smaller place and they are "giving" me there old 3 bedroom house. I will be renting it from them. My girls are so exicited and so am I. This will be our first house, we have only lived in apartments. My youngest can not wait because she finally gets to have her kitty live with her, it has been living there for the past 8 years. It will be a month or so before we move in but I have to say that that is the best Christmas present EVER!!

3 new charms for my charm bracelet. Have had the bracelet for a few years and have been taking my time picking out charms. Just put my 1st one on a few weeks ago - a Mickey head from my last trip. Can't wait to add the new ones.

Its been a great Christmas.

DH and I's favorite gift arrived a few days ago....our travel papers to go bring "our" son home after a year of paperwork...soon to be parents of Andrew Cole V.

My favorite gift opened today would be a tapestry jacket from my Granny with dachshunds all over it.

My favorite from DH would be a necklace with 3 little gold hearts on it, the name of it is called, Today, Tomorrow and Forever.
which was good timing for the adoption. (He said it symbolized for him, the 3 of us also)

My DB Geoff (in my pic) sent us some wonderful things from Japan. He got my DS, DD and myself beautiful kimonos and fans. He sent DD a handmade paper doll (made by a man from the school he taught at). And lastly, the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack CD, which I am listening to right now and it is great!
He also sent us a home movie he made about vending machines in Japan, which is hilarious. All really wonderful gifts.
Love my baby brother!!!!

Manda - I agree also but D&B is a very cute and good bag. I do remember those college days so hang in there you will make it through.

My DS just hit college on scholarship so we are lucky this year to be a bit extravagant, believe me there were plenty of macaroni & cheese dinners when I was starting out too.

My DS's favorite gift - we gave him gift cards from a local gas station. You thought we gave him gold - just love college students.

I got two really nice gifts today. The first one was from my oldest dd. My kitchen window doesn't have a shade, instead I have it covered with suncatchers. She got a a really beautiful one. I can't wait to hang it up. The other present was from my 2nd dd. She has a loom and makes things. She made me a gorgeous blanket. A handwoven blanket that is so soft and so preety. She did a great job. I think the other gift today was having my family here for Christmas. It was really nice to have everyone here.

My gift is some fuzzy houseslippers. I did ask for some. But these are Oscar the Grouch, and they are lime green. My dd said these were the only ones left in my size. She did think it was funny though.

I think I'm going to like them. I have this incredible urge to say "Bite me!"
