none- we don't eat as much as we do at home when we are having so much fun at the parks. We only eat 2 meals a day at WDW, and we do so much walking around that we burn off any extra calories we consume.

I gotta tell you, we were on the dining plan and actually didn't gain anything. There are so many healthy choices that it's much easier to do now than it would have been about 10 years ago.

We went in July, on a 2-week total trip but only 5 nights were at Disney. We had driven down from NYC, and went to southern Florida to visit family first. However most of my "bad" eating was at WDW. I was very good, for the most part, on the rest of the vacation so that I could allow myself to indulge more at WDW. I gained a total of 4 and a half pounds on the trip. I clicked on 3-4 though since even though I was pretty good the rest of the trip I am sure at least a little of the gain was also from the other days of our vacation. I attribute about 3 pounds to the 5 nights we spent at the world.

Oh I will also add that regularly at home I follow Weight Watchers maintenance, and work out 5 days per week pretty hard. So on vacation my habits are drastically different than at home!

I anticipate 5 or more pounds on our 10-night trip in July 2010! I love the food at Disney!!

We don't gain...we lose a little but I eat whatever the heck I want!!!

It is from all the walking we do and I guess because we are in shape..I think that helps us not gain weight.

I could not vote either as with all the walking we do we seem to lose or come back even

I have always lost about 5 lbs with each trip. All the walking balances it out. The one time I gained a few pounds we went with another family that was well to put it blunt... lazy... they wanted to take breaks, naps, did not like swimming. did not like all the walking. The last few days of the trip we split up and went out on our own at the parks.

Sure there are healthy choices but that doesn't mean you have to choose them. When I am on vacation the last thing I want is healthy.:rotfl2:

I clicked 1-2, but I really don't think we gained any, and may have lost some.

We were even on the deluxe plan, but we did so much walking, it was hot, and our days were longer and more active than our normal days.

This is all very encouraging. I'm glad you asked this question. We are going for our first trip in 14 days and I was worried about the weight gain. I usually eat healthy and work out a lot at home but when we go on vacation I can pack it on. On my honeymoon cruise I gained 4 lbs in 7 days and my husband gained 12. Now in all honesty I think a majority of his was water weight because he weighed on the sunday night we got back and by the next weekend his was almost all gone and I had only about a lb left to go. And we were on a cruise and pretty lazy.

I'm looking forward to all the overindulging but hope that I walk it all off. Or at least most of it. I can totally live with 1-2 lbs. We are just getting back right before the holidays (dec 7) and I have been doing WW to lose some weight I gained in the last 5 months.

I couldn't pick an option.. we didn't gain anything. I mean, we ate a LOT but we also walked and walked.. so it must have all balanced out :)
