Character-wise I would have to say CRT. I spent both my 20th and 21st birthdays there, and had such a wonderful time. Plus the pasta for lunch was amazing!
Non-character-wise I would have to say Garden View Lounge at GF. It was really nice and relaxing there. Plus the food is not bad at all (and the desert is great!). I highly recommend it to everyone.
I love the california grill
victorian and alberts
flying fish
le celliar
san angel inn
I have not had a really bad experience..knock on wood. sorry for the bad spelling.

Me either. I've enjoyed pretty much every place I've dined, including most all the counter service I've tried (Casey's is maybe my favorite counter service).
I've sat down at Boma, Rainforest (DTD), Beirgarten (awesome!), San Angel, Marrakesh and Le Cellier. Really liked them all, but enjoyed Boma the most.
We love the Spirit of Aloha show! The food is always wonderful from the salad to the yummy coconut bread! Plus, who can't resist that volcano dessert?!
Hmm...there were several great restraunts that we went to. But I guess one that stuck out was Prime Time 50's. Our waitress there was wonderful, and she shaped up my DH quickly when it came to obeying the rules (no elbows on the table, etc.) The food was excellent and the atomosphere was perfect.
My favorite so far has been Boma..The different foods are awesome, don't be afraid to try them!
Also, the California Grill. This was the first time I ever had Sushi, the Asian Sushi chef was hilarious and very personable. He even invited us back into his side of the kitchen and we had our pic taken with him. During the meal we enjoyed the piped in Parade. After we walked to some outdoor balcony and watch the Water Pageant and fireworks.
The CG was on our childless trip and I have to say it was the best, most romantic and enjoyable evening I've ever had!
My Best WDW Dining Experience was eating dinner in the Haunted Mansion for the Happy Haunts Ball. It was a Dream Come True & something I will never, ever forget.....
My second best dining experience was a luncheon I attended at Victoria & Alberts.
Since both of those were special events & it is unlikely I will ever get to experience them again, I would add my favorite "regular" WDW dining experience too.
Dinner at BlueZoo with just my DH. Sitting in a cozy round booth, strewn with pillows, sharing a delightful, romantic meal together & then enjoying a cozy stroll around Crescent Lake with the lights magically playing off the water....
If I could Travel back in Time - Hoop De Doo Review with our then 4 yo DS who spent almost everyday dressed as an Old West Sheriff. It was our first Family trip to WDW, DS thought he'd died & gone to Heaven & so did we.
Boma is our current favorite but as far as all time favorite it would have to be a dinnet we had at Bistro back in 1994. DW and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary. It was sort of a chef's special multicourse meal with a different wine at every course.
As far as the experience, it would have to be Cinderella's Castle ... before they jacked up the prices. Waiting in the throne room, walking up the spiral staircase, sitting next to a window overlooking Fantasyland, inside the most gorgeous room ... just wonderful. As far as food, we had an incredible meal at Le Cellier; it was superb.
My favourite used to be Chefs de France until they changed the menu and got rid of the duck. Now it's California Grill as they have a full menu of many choices and tastes and the service is brilliant. For breakfast it has to be Boma as there is so much choice.
Marrakesh. It was cool, quiet, empty, the food was fantastic, the mint tea soothing to the tummy after Mission Space and the DDs danced with the belly dancer.
The Brown Derby comes a close second. Everything was absolutely perfect!
