Bringing Up Baby is one of my favorites! I've seen it so many times I've lost count. That and His Girl Friday are my 2 favorite Cary Grant movies. I can't remember the last pre-1950 movie I watched, but I watch White Christmas every year during the holiday season, can we count that? I just looked it up and it was released in 1954, I think that's close enough.

The 1938 version of the Christmas Carol. My husband watches all of the versions, although our favorite is the 1951 version with Alastair Sims.

First time I've seen this version, "Scrooge - A Christmas Carol - 1935 - Seymour Hicks" was right before Christmas

Um, do the Three Stooges shorts I watch with my son count? Why do teenage boys continue to be obsessed with the Three Stooges?

For the same reason older men still enjoy The Three Stooges. They're funny.

I like the ones with Shemp the best. Some of those were made after 1950.

If you’re referring to One Touch of Venus with Ava Gardner; that film came out in 1948, so you’re good! I love the show but the film omitted most of Kurt Weill’s score, which always made me wonder why they even bothered.
