What was the first home you remember living in?

I was an Army brat, so we move a lot when I was very young. When I was 9 we moved to Fort Huachuca, AZ and lived in one of the old mansions on what they call Colonels Row (Dad was a Colonel). I remember that house well. My room was bigger than my first apartment. It had a big wide banister on the stairs to the second floor which you had to try out of course. Lots of extra rooms, including servants quarters. It was about 100 years old, but really cool.

the house I lived in until after Kindergarten is the first I remember in detail

The only thing I remember about the first home I lived in was the green linoleum floor in my bedroom. I was 3.5 when we moved out of that home. I think I remember it because I could “tap dance” on that floor. 😁

I remember a very small apartment above a bar on Tree street in South Philly. I don't remember details, just a fuzzy memory of laying on a sofa that had scratchy fabric against my cheek. We moved from there to my main childhood home when I was nearly three after my sister was born. We were in *that* house for Christmas 1970.

Military housing when I was 8 years old. I remember some random rooms before that, but can't recall whole houses. It was a 4 plex building (2 apartments upstairs/ 2 downstairs.

I started out in an apartment. I don't remember it. I was 3 when my brother was born and remember him coming home (I punched him in the nose immediately my mother says, LOL. Gotta show them who's boss right away :p ) and that was in the house they bought from my mother's uncle. Was there through 2nd grade so obviously I do remember that.

I remember the house that we lived in when I was 4-5, then we moved again the summer I turned 6 and that’s the house I lived in until I got married at 19.

I don't remember the inside of the house I lived in from birth to age 3. I remember the outside because it's only about a mile from where I live now. They tore it down about 5 years ago and built a hospice on the lot.
Only lived in 4 houses in my life and I'm 65.

I don't remember where I lived when I was really young. However, the first residence I remember living in was my aunt's house. We moved to the area and my mom and I moved in while my father was still living/working thousands of miles away. Eventually my father moved in for a few months until we finally got our own apartment.

The house grew up in. I lived there from. 6 months until my 20s.

The house I lived in from sometime before age 1 to 12. I obviously don't remember the apartment we lived in when I was born.

It was a (at least I my mind) a big house. It was an old house, probably 100 years at the time. I am sure it was haunted.
