What was the "Commodore House" at OKW?

I was just looking at my old guidebook from my original purchase in 1997 and on the OKW map where some new buildings are now there was a bulding called Commodore House. This was in addition to the Conh Flats hospitality House which was there also. I hope sommone can satisfy my curiosity. Thanks!

The Commodore House was the original sales center for DVC. It was torn down after the sales center moved to BWV. Millers Road was rerouted thru what was originally the parking lot and buildings 62, 63 and 64 were added in that area. (63/64 now sit where the original Miller's Road ran , 62 sits where the Commodore House once sat.)

The Commodore House was the sales center and was located where Bldgs 62, 63 and 64 are now located. In about 1998 or 1999, it was torn down and the new buildings built. We bought in 1997 and it was where we did our tour and purchase.
