What was SSR before?

Can someone remind me what Saratoga Springs used to be? Wasn't it like... Disney University or something like that? Ugh, I can't think of the name. A place where you could go and take classes in all sorts of things...

I thought it was a great concept but before I could go it ended...

why do you think it didn't work out? I guess most people don't want to go to Orlando just to learn how to paint pottery or cook huh?

Disney Institute?

Disney Institute. Stayed there and took classes in 1999. Of course, it was something before that also.

I think the Disney Institute was ultimately just not as profitable as DVC, so they converted it.

yes! Disney Institute.. thank you! I couldn't remember for the life of me! I always wanted to do it and was a bit sad when it was gone.
