For a contract of about 100 points, where did the price start for RIV? Was that the lowest?

In addition, when resorts are almost 100% sold what traditionally happens to that price? With Copper Creek almost selling out, will the price stay high.

Any guesses when they will restart the construction on Reflections? And guesses on what price point Reflections will be offered?

Think RIV initial offering was $188. Direct price usually rises with a sell out.

Reflections is on hold and many doubt we will see it now for a few years, if it comes back

Here is initial RiV info

With the incentives that just ended, 200 points were $170 per point.
Per the above initial offering -- the initial incentives had 250 points at $170 per point... and 300 points at $168 per point.

So apart from the super high 1000 point incentive.. for a direct new purchase, lowest was right around $170.

Some people are reporting getting closing costs covered under the current incentives and so splitting contract, getting two 50pt contracts at a fairly competitive price

I bought 175 last October for $167. Well, $162 but only because I got extra because my DD works for a Disney in NYC

Current incentives that just ended made 300 points $155. So definitely have been ways to go lower than $170..but not for 100 points thst OP was asking about.

Which may put the 100 contract back pretty close to initial price of $188.

This all depends on whether it's a new member or existing. $155 for 300 was only existing members.

Oh no, couldn't possibly be. DVC told us in 2011 or so that it had probably been illegal for them to include them so they needed to start charging them and had no choice. :rolleyes2
