What unforseen circumstances cause them...

to cancel a parade? I just want to know theories as to what kind of unforeseen circumstance causes this to happen? We were at DL and CA for only one day the week before last and really wanted to see the Play Parade only to find out it had been canceled. Broke the heart of my DS that's for sure!

I know when it was really hot they sometimes didn't use the stops at the Block Party Bash but it was only 70 something degrees on this particular day.

The Pixar Play Parade was temporarily down because a large piece of the Bug's Life float broke off during a parade a couple weeks ago. They took the whole parade down for several days and it just reopened again last Wed but the Bugs Life float is still not included.

Oh, well I guess that's excusable then. Don't know how I missed the posts about this one. I hope no one was injured when it happened.

also, weather can be a factor. During the summer, if the weather is too hot, they do cancel the parades. "Health Reason" is the announcement.

We were also there last week. For several days, they would announce that the parade was cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances". We were wondering about that, too, as the weather was great! Thought maybe someone called in sick! lol We finally saw it on Thursday, but we did notice that Bugs Life was missing! We'll have to get the whole thing next time! I'm not sure I'm crazy about all the water, though! You have to really watch the camera! The kids loved it, though!
