What type of room sells out first?

I am planning a trip to BCV. What type of room sells out (with points) first? last? I realize there are many factors as to when rooms sell out, but which is the most popular?

studios typically sell out first.

1BRs typically sell out last (same occupancy as studios at higher cost.)

Dedicated 2 bedrooms with 2 Q beds in the second bedroom are often gone before the 7 month window. But, OP it all really does depend on the time of year you are going. There are several times a year that the 11 month window is a must.

On a side note, I just finished booking a Studio at the BCV for April/May for 16 nights and had no problem.

I think the most generalized sumation is:
the rooms that cost the least amount of points, and the ones that cost the most....beyond that, I agree with PP's

Tried to book at BCV at about 6 1/2 months out.

Couldn't get a 2BR. There are 3 types of 2BRs at BCV (lockoff, dedicated with 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, dedicated with 1 queen and 1 sofabed in the 2nd bedroom). You are only allowed to have 2 waitlists at a time, so we waitlsted for the two types of dedicated. The waitlist just came through for the dedicated with the 1 queen and 1 sofabed in the 2nd bedroom.

When we originally tried, the studios were sold out. The studios are still sold out for our dates.
