My DH and I are mostly vegetarian, although when out and about we will occasionally eat some fish and chicken. What a funny post! Thinking about the poor babies out there who don't know they might become dinner! I had a good laugh!
shmoo, are you staying at akl before the march 29 cruise? that is what my wife and i are doing, we have not stayed at a deluxe before, only moderates, so we are looking forward to it. we arrive wed. before the cruise.
first we have to pack our big game rifles....
Thanks for everyone's replies! I'll have to look into Artiste Point, my husband would like that.
I'm glad that the post was amusing. As I was sending it I thought someone might get all uppity about him wanting to eat something other than the usual chickens and cows.
See, now you laugh, but my Husband also asked me to ask that question too! Of course on that one he was totally joking. I wouldn't go far enough to ask that though.

We are probably going to stay somewhere at Disney but don't know where yet. We are traveling with two good friends and their daughter (who will be 15 months) and they've never been to Disney World. We all sailed together on a 7-day eastern Magic trip in September of last year before our little ones came along, but we only went to Disney Quest.
What kind of rate did you all get at AKL? My husband, for all his talk of wanting to wander the Savanna with a fork, is actually interested in staying there just to be able to sit on the balcony and see the animals wander by.
Kathy
P.S. Can I just say WOO HOO that we are under the 200 day mark?

In addition to Artist Point (the last time I was there, they had a mixed grill of buffalo, elk, and ostrich), my Unofficial Guidebook says the Outback restaurant in one of the DTD hotels has some exotic entrees. I don't have the book with me at work, but I seem to remember kangaroo steak and rattlesnake salad? You might want to check that out. (It's totally separate from the Outback Steakhouse chain.) Caveat: according to the UG, the service there stinks.
