What Two Dinners from the World Showcase would YOU do?

Thank you all SO MUCH!

Here are the results:

Biergarten: 16 votes
Teppan Edo: 12 votes
Les Chefs: 11 votes
Rose & Crown: 10 votes
Tutto Italia: 10 votes
Restaurant Marrakesh: 9 votes
San Angel Inn: 9 votes
Coral Reef: 4 votes
Akershus: 2 votes
Garden Grill: 2 votes

I have decided to keep my Illuminations timed Rose & Crown reservation and I booked Biergarten for the other dinner. I had been wanting to try it, but are sometimes weary of buffets. The overwhelming response helped convince me! Plus, my DD loves to get up and dance to live music!

Since we are doing the deluxe dining plan, I have also booked Les Chefs and Marrakesh for 2 of our lunches. If Bistro de Paris were on the DDP, I would have booked it in a heartbeat. My DH graduated from culinary school, so he is always up for French cuisine. Hopefully Les Chefs will please him. DD is excited to see Remy! I decided to go with Marrakesh because Moroccan is harder to come by than Mexican, Italian and Japanese. If it is anything similar to Middle Eastern/Lebanese food, then I think we will be very happy with our choice.

We have also planned one more midday at Epcot, where we will be doing counter service of our choice. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks y'all! :goodvibes

You are going to love Biergarten and your little one will love it since she loves dancing and singing to live music! The food is great there, don't let it throw you that it's a buffet. Many people here report that they normally don't like buffets but they love Biergarten!

For counter service, we loved Tangierine Cafe when we went (Moroccon). But you already have a lunch planned at Marrakesh. Many people rave about Sunshine Seasons at Epcot (in Future World). They don't serve anything fried, they have some more variety than what you would expect from a CS location. The CS in Norway has sandwiches, and they are a bakery so there is a nice selection of desserts to choose from since you are on the dining plan. We have had schoolbread in Norway and it is delicious. Never ate a sandwich there, but we would definitely try it! The bakery in France has excellent sweets too, but a more limited menu for a meal.
