What Two Dinners from the World Showcase would YOU do?

We love Tepan Edo. I do not even like Asian food and I still love it

Otherwise we tend to rotate around through San Angel Inn, Rose and Crown, and Marrakesh.

Have you tried getting in to Le Cellier for lunch? We actually like the lunch menu better and have always been able to get in.

Beirgarten - I love German food, and there are no German restaurants at home. So this is always a must-do for me.

If you have an illuminations res for Rose and Crown, I'd keep that as my second. Food is good, and the seating is nice.

Otherwise, I lean towards Marrakesh. Good ethnic food. Belly dancer show is fun.

I know in your post you said you wanted to eat in the WS, but if your willing to travel over to the Living Seas Pavillion try the Coral Reef. Its faboulous especially for atmoshpere. I was lucky enough to get an ADR at LeCellier on 5/24 @ 8:25 pm. I guess I should consider myself fourtunate.

Les Chefs de France and San Ángel Inn.

DH says Akershus and Marrakesh, because they're the two cuisines not widely available elsewhere.

I thought Biergarten had improved quite decently since the last time we were there. (It's buffet and the show is cute enough for your daughter).

I am personally still bitter over Tutto replacing Alfredo so I don't want to go there yet. And my mother didn't like it as well as Alfredo's.

Chefs de France and Teppan Edo would probably be my 2 picks.

We loved Marrakesh when we went last time, I would make that one of my choices and I'd second the recommendation for Coral Reef for atmosphere

We ate lunch at Chefs de France last week and I loved it. I had the half roast chicken - it was moist and flavorful, and the pan gravy with it was wonderful. They also have it at dinner.

San Angle- this is always our arrival day restaurant and this past Oct. the steak was almost as tender as Le Cellier

I would keep trying for Le Cellier, I know this is hard to get so we usually take Le Cellier when we can get it and work all other ADRs around that.
We also like the other choice of Rose and Crown we have been there 4 times but only lucky enought to get patio seating 1 of 4. But they do take you out to a patio for viewing Illuminations, but I wish they had more food veriety.

Another vote against Tutto,small servings,poor value even for Disney.

Chefs is OK,Bistro is awesome.
Marrakesh is fun and food good.
San Angel can go either way.
Haven't eaten recently in China,Japan or UK.

We like Le Cellier too,shame you couldn't get it.

If you want a great steak, 5 minutes walk from LeCellier is Yachtsman Stekhouse at the Yacht Club Resort..just head out the international gateway, second resort on your right...

Tutto for the food. We did not have any problem with their portion sizes and my husband always complains about things like that. It's not like the portions at Olive Garden or restaurants like that, but it's typical of nice restaurants.

Biergarten for the atmosphere. The food was better than expected, but I'm not a big fan of German food, so I wasn't expecting much.

I've wanted to try Marrakesh, but I haven't so I can't actually recommend it.

At Epcot, we always eat at Coral Reef! But for WS, I would go with LeCellier or Biergarten (if you don't mind sharing a table)! We also liked San Angel Inn, but did not care for Chefs de France! We will be trying Tutto and Marrakesh on our upcoming trip!

I was disappointed in Biergarten in October. Perhaps it was all the hype here. Ididn't really like the food - the chicken schnitzel was really dry - and I found the entertainment to be a very short set.
We love eating in WS. We stay at the BCV and usually eat there 4 or 5 nights of our week.
We love Teppan Edo, it is a must do every trip. We also like (in order) Restaurant Marrakesh, San Angel Inn and Rose & Crown pub.
DH does not like french food, so we have not eaten at Chefs or the Bistro.
We have not made it to Tutto yet.

Okay, here is the rundown:

Me, DH and DD(6) are heading down for the 8 nights surrounding Memorial Day Weekend. Last visit was Feb 2007. We are big foodies. (Last time, DH and I did the Chef's Table at V&A). This time around we have opted for the Deluxe Dining Plan. We love all kinds of food (although we really have to be in the mood for Chinese), and we have very adventurous palates (as does my daughter), but we can also fully appreciate good home cooked comfort food. For dinners I have booked Jiko for DH and I (bringing DD to Simba's Cubhouse that night), and made reservations for the three of us at Flying Fish Cafe, Cinderella's Royal Table, Hoop-De-Doo Revue, 50's Prime Time Cafe and 1900 Park Fare (I know, another Princess meal, and a buffet, at that. But my DD really wants to meet Prince Charming <3 )

So, that leaves two more dinners, and I would really like to have them over at the World Showcase. Last time we did LeCellier and Rose & Crown. We really liked both, for food and atmosphere. LeCellier is booked solid, not that I had my heart set on going back. I reserved Rose & Crown at prime time for Illuminations viewing, but would consider canceling. So friends, what two reservations would you make and why?

I love Le Cellier, but that's b/c I love steak. Second choice would be Tutto.

My 6 & 8 year olds LOVE Teppan Edo - they love watching the food being cooked and it makes dinner so fun and they don't get bored waiting for their food to arrive!!

This year we will be going to France (not sure what it is called) and we are going for one reason only - Remy. If you guys love Ratatouille - then I would think that would be a lot of fun for your little one!!

My next vote would be for Le Cellier...but you said that is booked.

My kids want to to try Mexico b/c they love the boat ride - but we have eaten there when they were younger and were not overly impressed.

In Future World - we love Garden Grill...it is such a nice laid back meal with great food that we all love. It is fun to watch The Land go by!

I would definitely book San Angel Inn. We love the food and atmosphere.

My other choice would have been Le Cellier. So, if it's booked, I'd probably want to try France or Japan.

We just ate at Chefs de France or the first time and loved it. I had the roast chicken - it was moist and delicious. The sauce and roasted root veggies were great too. DH had the hamburger and fries and said it was good. I saw the macaroni and cheese at another table, and it looked wonderful!!!

And Remy is so cute!!

We also tried Garden Grill for the first time this trip and thought it was great. We'll definitely do it again.
