We have ressies at Whispering Canyon but I've read a lot of mixed reviews. So, we're actually going to be at DHS that day and decided to look for a TS there instead. Any recommendations for 2 adults, 2 girls (ages 3 and 6)?

We always hit the 50's Prime Time Cafe every trip! Great food and good fun.

We've also eaten at The Brown Derby, but it's not as much "fun", and it takes 2 TS credits on the dining plan.

Lastly, we ate at Sci-Fi Dine in a few years ago. The food was pretty good, but the movie clips they play would probably not interest your girls, at the ages they are (they might even get a little scared).

Good Luck with your decision, I guess it depends what kind of experience you would enjoy.:thumbsup2

My kids like Sci Fi the best. They think the little cars you sit in are "the coolest" things ever! I have pics of Sci Fi in my TR if ya want to take a look! The movie gets old but the atmosphere is so different. It's something everyone should try at least once! :thumbsup2

We ate at Hollywood and Vine with a 5 year old and a 3 year old when we went in May. They had Playhouse Disney Characters there--we met Jo Jo and Goliath and June and Leo from the LIttle Einstiens. I figured we better go there before they get much older and loose interest in the playhouse disney characters! H&V is another resturant that gets mixed reviews and I was really nervous about that but we had a really great time and the food was excellent! Not your typical buffet food. We had great service too! Good luck with your decision!

We would say Prime Time or Mama Melrose. We don't like H&V at all (one of two Disney restaurants we will never step foot in again) and we didn't think Brown Derby lived up to its hype. Sci Fi would be our third choice.

Just came back from WDW - Whispering Canyon was good (not great). Mama Melrose was the worst dining experience of our trip.

I would go with 50's Prime Time Cafe. My family and I have had lunch there on two different trips to WDW and thought it was great.
