We are starting to plan our trip for next June. It will be DS 8th grade graduation trip. I am allowing him and his sister both to take friends and I will be taking a friend. Wanting to stay at BLT. I was wanting to surprise them all with one of the available tours. What tours are your favorite (for this age group) and why? TIA!

If you can afford it the Africa Trek at AK...if you book a trek after noon its $50 cheaper. Wonderful experience!?!

Ok. I see we are limited due to age. While I would love to do the Trek that is one for when it is just family :) I guess it wouldn't have to be a tour. Any special experiences we could do as a group?

I loved AquaSeas at Epcot.. A little behind the scenes at the Living Seas, see how they feed all the fish, a diving orientation and about 45 minutes in the water with scuba tanks on. You don't have weights and are wearing a type of life vest so you can't dive under water. The turtles and rays are very curious and come right up to you and some of the sharks may get a little closer than you would like. My father-in-law and I did it and had a great time. It is for ages 8 and up. With the DVC discount, I believe it was around $100. per person. The whole tour takes up about a half day.

No suggestions as we've kept all tours for when we are adult only but great idea - your kids will love it.

We are traveling THIS WEEKEND to WDW with our best friend family and will have a 14 yo DD, 2 13 yo boys and 10 yo DD. combined we'll have the 4 kids and 4 adults. 2 of them just graduated 8th grade. VERY exciting time. ENJOY!!

If the boys like trains I believe they are old enough to take the train tour- it is neat but if they don't like storytelling they might get bored with the 2nd half of it.
