What to wear in April /weather?

We have never been to FL in April. We usually go int he summer when it is HOT, HOT, HOT. I am a flip flops all the time lady. Now I am concerned about what I and the kids am going to wear in April.

How is the weather during the day?

How are the nights / evenings weather wise?

Will we need warm clothes?

The first time we went to WDW, we went Mar. 22 - 30, and only wore pants two days.

The second time, we went in Feb. and it was pretty cold. We said we wouldn't go back at that time again.

Last year, we went Apr. 2 - 11 and didn't wear pants once.

This year we are going Mar. 27 - Apr. 3 and planning to wear shorts if we can.

Not sure where you're from, but we're from Canada so we are used to the cold. What seems warm for us may not seem warm for you, but this is what it was like for us.

We are from Detroit so we have the same view of warm. Thanks for the help. I will pack a pair of pants for eveyone and a sweatshirt just in case.
