Just curious if u have any suggestions for what to wear to DL in March, we are going the 20-25th...

TRying to figure out what to pack and what are must haves?

Thanks so much
Steph

I went in March last year (I think roughly 27-30) and with the exception of one cloudy/drizzly day the weather was actually pretty warm. I was able to get away with tank tops and a light sweater and capris for most of the trip and easily could have done shorts had I remembered to pack them. But it also depends on what you are used to. I'm from NorCal and we typically are getting warm spring weather at home and it was slightly warmer at DLR for the most part.

thanks, I am from the Oregon Coast, where we are so not warm here, even if we are lucky to get nice weather we still have the ocean wind....

I am looking forward to nice weather!!! HOPEFULLY

I was there at about the same time as Bella Ella last year. It was warmer than I remember and there was at least one day when tank tops were in order and jeans were almost too much. That said, coming from Phoenix, we find the mornings and evenings a bit cool. The pics from March of '08 show us in jackets the whole trip.

We plan to pack jeans and t shirts and some fleece jackets this trip.

We will be in DL at the end of March as well and I was going to post this question too. I was wondering if we would be too hot in jeans. I too was thinking jeans, t shirt, and a hoodie for morning and evenings.

We're from Oregon, too and will be there for spring break. We went the week of spring break last year and brought shorts, tees and sweatshirts. We did not need anything heavier. I agree with a PP that layering is the way to go!

Check Accuweather they give a 15 day out forecast....

Thanks for the tip. I check weather.com, but haven't used Accuweather. We leave next Friday, and it is looking downright chilly for the first few days of our trip. Hopefully the forecast will warm up as it gets closer! ;)

We went to SoCal last April during a cool spell. The warmest it got all week was 63 degrees. We wore hoodies and shorts all weeks and were just fine. We even spent a day in our swimsuits at the beach. But then again, we live in Utah where it is C..C..C..C..COLD right now. 60 degrees is downright balmy!!!

Clothes work for me.

But on a serious note, check accuweather, as stated above, and then wear what you would wear at home for the same type of weather.

I'm from the WA coast I love to drive down to Newport :).

I agree to the layers. It can get warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings.

Have a great time!
