what to we do with our cameras at castaway cay

When I am not using my camera, I leave it in my camera bag on my chair. I doubt there are many (if any) incidents of theft on Castaway Cay. :confused3

We leave ours in a tote bag with the rest of our stuff. We can see our stuff when we're in the water and there is usually someone around, so we haven't worried about it.

We just cover it up with some clothes or towels and leave on the chairs. I've seen many cameras, and cam corders just left sitting in hammocks or chairs in plain site, but i always conceal it. We have taken the cam corder and took all the shots we wanted first thing in the morning and then took it back to the room before returning to the beach to enjoy the day. Of course most shots were just scenic on the cam corder and people on the camera. They do have photographers roaming the beaches and taking pictures all day too. You can stop them to take pics any time you want.
I havnt heard of anyone on our cruises having a camera stolen on CC.People leave them out around the pool areas on the ship too. maybe you could make an identifing mark on it so you could ID it just in case, if your worried.

I was amazed at the quality of pics! No worries if stolen or if it gets wet!

I just put mine in a tote bag also..... We could see our chairs from the water. I dont think there would be a problem. Everyone is just doing there own thing having a great time!!!!!!

Us too, we got the waterproof camera at walmart and the pics are excellent.

We left the digital in the stateroom.

I keep my video camera in a small diaper bag. It is padded, water-resistant and just the right size. ;)
