What to tip Car Service

We are going from MCO to the dolphin with Tiffany car service. What is a reasonable tip for the driver. My 2 children, myself and 3 bags.

15 to 20% is what I normally do.

keep in mind that you might get a different driver for the return trip. So don't tip the first time assuming that it will cover both trips.
