What to Send Ahead of Time?

We're going to WDW 9/1-9/6 and I'm planning on sending a box of things to our resort ahead of time. I'm packing diapers, wipes, snacks, toiletries, misting fans, stroller fans, ponchos, and a few other things.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of things to send down ahead of time, to make our suitcases lighter? I'm sure everyone is different, but I'm sure there are some things I'm forgetting.

Also, we will be getting to the resort before check-in, so will we be able to get stuff out of our box before we get into our room?

I will be sending pretty much the same things as you for our trip in Nov! This past May I also added my flip flops and the kids swim shoes and Ds's swim diapers.

We have been lucky in the past and most of the time our room was ready before the check in time. When you check in just tell them you sent a package to yourself and they will get it for you. You can get what you need out of it and have bell services hold it for you along with your luggage until your room is ready.

Make sure when you address the package to put the resort address, the name the ressie is in along with ressie # and check in date.

Thanks! I already put in our bathing suits & DD & DS swim diapers too, in case we decide to hit the pool before our bags get there.
