Any particular area to request for the BC with a standard view? This will be our first time staying there in April and I have no idea what to request. I really don't want to see the parking lot if possible. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

I found this pretty good site that actually shows all the floors and room numbers for the Beach Club. Here's the link. Click on the floor and there's quite a bit of description written in. To make it larger, just move your mouse over the picture and you should see the sizing tool pop up in the bottom, right corner. It's a square with arrows, just click it and you'll be able to see all the detail.

I would request a garden view, which I think is included as a standard and if you want a full balcony, put that into your request. Not all the rooms have them.

A parking lot view would not be bad at BC - what you really don't want is one of the rooms that overlook a white gravel roof. These rooms are AWFUL! The gravel causes the sun to bounce off the roof and you have to keep the curtains drawn all the time! Someone esle posted about the same room location. If you request a full balcony chances increase of getting one of these rooms. We got one and immediately requested a room change - although it was July and resort very full, they were kind enough to find us another room. One of the step out balconies, but in a courtyard and much nicer. Short walk to EPCOT, long walk to dock.

Guess I'm not a fan of BC and would not stay there again. Found the rooms on the small side (we were used to monorial resort rooms) and just not as nice as we expected.

Have a great trip and have a wonderful room location! :flower1:

We stayed at the BC in September and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again. I think I personally would just request a room as close to Epcot as possible. I think most of these rooms are just standard view and have views of some bushes etc. The best part about being close to Epcot is you are literally a 3 minute walk to the international gateway.

Thanks so much for the link and the advice everyone!

I think requesting closer to Epcot would work out perfectly for us!

Thanks again! :jumping4: :flower1:
