:woohoo: This is my first post so hope it works and here goes..! We - me DH DD8 and DS3 - will be staying at CBR for 2 weeks from 10 March. We are from Sheffield, England and boy is it cold here right now!!! So, what do I pack? How warm is it going to be i.e. do I pack 2 weeks supply of shorts and t-shirts or 2 weeks supply of trousers? We have a fairly good baggage allowance but DH says he doesn't want to break his back carrying it all!
I have been getting loads of great info from these boards so maybe someone out there will help! :wave2:

March can be quite warm during the days and cool at night. Check out www.weather.com or www.accuweather.com to see what it looks like before you go.

We'll be there the end of March and I usually end up taking a bit of both. I believe there are laundry facilities at CBR so you could always throw in a load if needed.

When we went in March is wore shorts everyday. Some nights it was warm enough to use the pool, but some night were very windy and a little chilly, still awesome weather though.

Here's the historical averages for the month of March from weather.com:
Avg. High 79°F
Avg. Low 56°F
Mean 67°F
Avg. Precip 3.54 in
Record High 92°F (1994)
Record Low 25°F (1980)

I would prbly bring some shorts for the daytime and a few pairs of pants at night in case it gets cooler. I've never stayed at CBR but I'm sure they have laundry facilities if you end up needing them. Some people are opposed to doing laundry while on holiday however I personally feel that it's too much to pack more than a weeks worth of clothes anyway so I always end up doing a few loads.

You can also check accuweather & weather.com just before your trip to get the extended 10-day forcast. That can change of course, but it will at least give you an idea.

Definitely a mixture of shorts and long pants, t-shirts and long-sleeved shirts. When we last went in March 2004, we used it all! Most days were warm enough for t-shirts, even shorts on a couple of days. One day poured rain! The evenings and mornings were cool, so we had sweatshirts on top. Overall, we had quite pleasant weather last time....hoping for the same next month! :sunny:

Definitely bring a good jacket for cool to cold whether. Plan for very windy/chilly evenings. In the afternoon, the days can be nice and warm, even hot. We are going in March for the 3rd time in a row. The previous two years have been hot, warm, cool, and chilly!!! So, my advice, is to at least prepare for a cold night or two. For us, we were caught unprepared the 1st time thinking that Florida would be warm or at the very least confortable. Boy, were we surprised to find it cold!!!

I live in Houston, Texas and our weather is similar to Disney, but even we were surprised at the change.

We've gone the last five out of six years in March. We have been swimming and in shorts every day. At night we usually have sweaters on. Having said that, we are from Boston. It is a cool 25 degrees right now and we are supposed to get a huge storm tonight.

I bet your snow will be beautiful. I haven't seen or been in a snowstorm for years. I do miss a good snow!

Thanks to everyone for replying. I think I will have to make sure I mix and match our clothes, and try to restrain myself a little when packing! :Pinkbounc
