What to order at Narcoosse's

I have read mixed reviews about the lobster tail and filet.
I don't know if I am a huge fan of lobster, so I'm afraid to go for the whole Maine lobster. (We have crabs here in Delaware!)
Any suggestions?

I live 1/2 from Cape Cod, 1 1/2 hours from Maine. Where fresh lobster is the best in the world.

Yes the lobster is probably very good but I have to admit it's the last thing I would go to Florida and order. Now maybe if I didn't live so close to the seacoast I would order the Lobster.

DH got the lobster tail and filet and loved it. I am a HUGE lobster fan (I have family in Maine, so I'm spoiled) and I thought the full lobster was very good. It's already opened and that was my only disappointment, because I'm good at cracking lobster and have fun doing it

If I lived on the coast though, WDW isn't a place I'd normally go for great seafood. We have a lot of island lobster here in Oki and I don't really like it. So getting to eat that sweet Maine lobster was wonderful!

You can substitue crab cakes for the lobster on the surf and turf. DH does it every trip.

and i had the filet as well. it was melt-in-your-mouth delish!

I don't know why, but this made me laugh. It's funny what people from different parts of the country are comfortable with. Being from east Texas we never get good seafood around here. My husband loves lobster and crab legs. Those are two things I never order, because I don't know how to get all the meat out of them and don't want to look like a fool trying to do it. With my luck, my lobster would go flying over onto the next table while I was trying to break into it I don't like having to work that hard for my food.

At Narcoosee, I usually order the Surf & Turf, but substitute scallops for the lobster. I can handle the tail, but just don't really care for lobster meat all that much. There is no way I would attempt to tackle that whole lobster they have on the menu. I'd be battling it the whole meal and I'm afraid the lobster would win. By the way, we have alot of buffets around here that have crawfish on them. I don't eat them for the same reason. I refuse to fight my food before I eat it. lol
