What to get for 25th Anniversary?

So we have an invite to attend a 25th wedding anniversary for my FIL and his wife (DH's parents are divorced and both have been remarried. His mom's 25th, I believe is next year so maybe I can get a few different ideas)

Anyhow, let me give you some background on the people. We see his father/his wife maybe 2-3 times a year even though they live about 20 minutes away. Once for Christmas (which we never get together actually on Christmas, it's always around New Years or after, whenever is convenient for them) and then when my boys have a birthday party (it's getting to the point now that they will send a check instead of visiting) We'll get a couple phone calls throughout the year (but most of them is when they need help with something) We all get along, it's not that we have bad feelings towards them but this is how it's been for as long as I've been in the picture (22yrs).

Anyways, they're having a party (thrown by themselves) to celebrate their 25th. and I don't know what to get them. They don't need anything AT ALL. I believe they are going overseas (Europe maybe?) as a gift to themselves for the anniversary as well. Not sure if it's a cruise or just flying over.

So any ideas on what to get them? Usually for Christmas it's basically a gift to the movies and out to eat. That's what they like. But I'd like to do something a little more special, ya know?
