Pretty much anything... outside of the foods that are choking hazards or an issue for allergies.
Here are some of the things I gave DD:
baked sweet potato - just microwave it, scoop out the insides, mash it a little with a fork so it's bite sized pieces
standard mashed potatoes, with or without gravy
grilled chicken - cut into small pieces
kidney beans - DD loved them. Strange, I know
peas, corn, cooked carrots, green beans, broccoli, all sorts of veggies - DD used to pick all the lima beans out of her mixed veggies and eat those first. She still loves lima beans.
banana - I'd just give it to her whole and she'd naw on it.
deli meats - turkey and ham, just cut it up into small bites
pork chop - again, small bites
hamburger crumbles
I can't even remember all the stuff I gave her at that age. Unfortunately, she grew into a very picky eater and some of the things she used to devour, she won't even touch now. She used to eat 1/2 to 3/4 of a baked sweet potato in one sitting. Now I can't even get her to taste it. But she still loves her lima beans and black olives.
