What to expect?

Thanks to everyone's suggestions, I will be staying at Windsor hills next month. This will be my first time staying offsite. I know that there will be no daily maid services. What else should I expect to be different?

You'll have to drive to get around. For us, we drive even when onsite so this isn't anything different. Oh, and you might save alittle money from not having to eat all your meals onsite . You will have more space and you can do your laundry if you need to, in your jammies. I think you'll love having a rental unit.

Think of it as if you were house-sitting for friends who have a place in Florida, except that the fridge and pantry will be empty when you show up.

That's *exactly* what it's like!
Now I just need to find some "friends" that won't charge us to stay there!!

Settle in and make yourself at home...we've found that it just becomes a whole other type of vacation..
