What to expect tomorrow when calling MS?

Hi all,

I'm gearing up to make my first real call to MS to book a MK studio at BLT for December. Anything I should do or be prepared for before I dial at the ungodly hour of 6am Pacific time?

For some reason I'm getting very nervous about it.

Be prepared for long wait times. There is a possbility of technical problems galore bringing both resorts online at the same time. When they brought Kidani online, the wait times were horrible to book. There was some sort of technical problem. I remember MS saying that it was almost like their systems did not even recognize it as a resort.

Bring your patience with you.

Make a pot of coffee and be prepared to listen to a lot of Disney music!!!!!!!

Make sure you have all your info and member number with you. Have the pen and paper. That pot of coffee sounds good along with having used the potty!

Good luck. It will be interesting to see how long people will be on hold.

Might want to use a phone with a speaker phone in it so you can really be hands free while you wait.

Expect to get a busy signal, and when you do get through, expect to wait on hold for a very long time.

Just called and got right through with about 5 mins wait. Everything taken care of by 6:12 am PST and now I'm heading back to bed.

Got what I wanted without walking MK view Studio 6 nights 12-6 through 12-11 2009.
