What to expect in May?

I'm about 90% sure I'm going to go to Disneyland in May. I have been to WDW countless times, but this will only be my 2nd trip to DL. I was there in May a few years ago, but lots of stuff was down for rehab, so I don't know what to expect as far as parades, shows (Fantasmic, etc.) or character appearances. Could anyone provide any guidance?

The only thing that's going to be down for sure this May is POTC. Otherwise, everything *should* be running. I would expect Fantasmic and fireworks to run on weekends and for there to be parades each day.
