What to expect from Disney on our wedding day

Our wedding in on July 10, 2008 We are just finishing up all of the final plans before we go. Luckily we live in Florida but most of our family and friends will be traveling. So far we have had awesome service from Jennifer and her assistant Jessica. We received free year passes which was a big surprise.

So what I wanted to ask was what should we expect once we arrive for the big day? Do we have full access to our wedding planners? How well do they take care of things while we are there. We arrive on Wednesday Our wedding on Thursday and so the 2 of us don't see each other till I walk down the aisle we are doing the Magic Kingdom photo shoot Friday morning.

I am thinking of having flowers delivered to my parents room to say thank you for all they have done but don't know if that is worth it. Can you have flowers delivered from an outside florist? Or do you have to use Disney Florist?

I was also thinking of sending something to my husband but don't know what. We are down to the final touches and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help with any of this

Hi!! I know that you have to call your planner and give them your room number when you get there.That was the first thing I did...my planner also called me the day before to make sure I was ok and to see if I had any questions.

about the flowers I don't think it has to be a disney florist..I know some people on the boards have ordered baskets that does not work for disney I;m not sure the name.

I wanted to send a gift basket to my mom at her room on check-in and I just added it to my BEO! The Disney florist will take care of it.
