There's a girl in my class that has to say something about my disney obsession EVERY day. For example, today she asked me " You like Disney??", and I answered yes, then she turned back in her seat a nd mubled under her breath" Winnie the pooh OMG I never even liked that, not even in preschool, disney is for little kids". It makes me mad. The girl is repeating 7th grade but still makes 50's in all her classes. I think she's just trying to get attention, but it still makes me mad!
So what do yall think I should say to her the next time she makes a remark???????
Thanks:confused:

Hey, I think that next time she says something like that you should say that she's never been there but she'd love it but her family is to poor to go.or something like that.

Love always,
Stanzie
the problem is not the problem the problem is your attitude about the problem.

i think u should ask her if she has ever been to disney and if she hasnt then say something like then if uve never been there then how could u be critisizing it or me if u have never been there u dont no or how would u no u would probably love it there u just cant aford it something like wut Tarquin said cuz she has no right criticizing u for something u didnt do wrong and something she is missing out on

I hate to be all parenty but two wrongs don't make a right.

By insulting her for a situation she may not be able to control (family, school, etc) you are making it even worse.

That's her opinion and you have yours.
Move on and forget about it. You will face much bigger problems than someone criticizing your likes.

Don't worry about what she says. There is nothing wrong with liking Disney. It's all a matter of personal taste.

But whatever you do, don't stoop to this girl's level and make fun of her.

Three wrongs don't make a right but three lefts do. Hahahahaha, ok I just had to say that! :)

Anyways, yeah don't stoop down to her level. She should be concentrating on other problems (like passing 7th grade, it seems!). Just ignore her.

Kind of ironic, my Disney lovin friend and I were having this converstation earlier today. We don't get made fun of, but it's always the "ugh, you like Disney?" So I know what you're going through. Just gotta deal with it.

Thanks guys! She said another remark today and I just ignored her and she eventually stopped

Well not that I'm all into making fun of people but find something she likes and critcize it (even if you like it just pretend you don't).

Or you can do what I like to do is confuse the other person into some illogical hole created by conversation to correct the subjects previously incorect statements. Then they'll just give up.

Oh and one last thing this person sounds like a appathetic person because they don't care about school.

Just ignore her and act like you don't care. She'll get over it. Plus, if she sees that you don't care, then she will eventually stop.

Well I`m sorry she is making fun of you, but I go through the same thing everyday !! With my supposed "best friends" they always say I`m immature and I`ve gone enough and its boring and etc.. but the funny thing is a group from our school which we all happen to be in are all going to Disney and now everyone is coming to me for info since I`m the "Disney Freak" (as I`ve been so graciously nicknamed) but I tell dont tell them anything because they get just as excited as I do everyday about Disney, so now they finally lay off since they understand where I`m coming from !!!
