What to do with Studio?

Last fall we invited guests for this years F&WF and had made reservations for a 2 bedroom at BCV Oct. 27th - 31st. They canceled early enough, but we then invited another couple to join us but they also had to cancel. The funny thing about it is both couples canceled because they are expecting! We've tried to invite others but no one can make it on such short notice. It's to late to wait list for a 1 bedroom since our points would go into holding anyway, so now were stuck with the extra studio.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I'd rent it out...post on the rent/trade board or list it on ebay. Ooops! Just saw that it's a 2BR...and you just don't need the studio part. That's not really something you can rent (same keys/bill for both units).

If there are not any 1 br available at BCV are you interested in staying anywhere else? Maybe you could add on an extra day or two with the points you have left from downgrading. We have been in this situation before and used the extra points to stay at the Cont which we would never have used points on before.
