What to do with perishable groceries when you can't check in right away??

We are making a grocery stop (being picked up by Tiffany Town Car) and then heading to FW to the cabins. Our flight arrives at 12 pm. If I understand correctly, check-in isn't until 3 pm. What do we do with our milk, lunchmeat, etc. while we are waiting to check in? Does the front desk have a fridge or something to keep stuff in so it doesn't spoil?? I have to buy milk because I have a 2 year old who drinks it by the gallon-full. I just thought of this now....hope someone here can help because otherwise, I may not buy much on my grocery stop!!

i am sure that the grocery store carries styrofoam coolers. you could pick up one of those and some ice. use it the whole time you are there and garbage it when you leave.....
