Before I went to WDW I cashed out for 50.00 of Landry's. I assumed it would be here before I left (it was almost 2 months) but it arrived the day I left (wouldn't you know it). Anyway I do not know what to do with it. We do not have and Landry's company in my entire state. We are planning on going to WDW next October or December. But like anything...especially with this economy...that's a big maybe (definatly in 2011 though). Now I am sitting on these cards and I just don't know what to do. Do they expire? Can I buy a new one with an old one?

I would sell it on Ebay. For some reason, gift certificates on Ebay sell for even more than they are worth at times.

Good luck to you.

If the card had an expiration date, it would be on the back. Most of the restaurant gift cards I've gotten never expire. I'd hold onto it.

In fact in some states (like California) giftcards can not expire...so since Landry's opperates in California, my guess is the card won't expire. If it didn't cost you any money then hang on to it and use it on your next trip. Or send it to a relative for Christmas ;)

Thanks. I cashed out for them on Mypoints. I really wanted to keep them vs selling them because it makes me feel like I 'have' to go back. There is nothing on the back that states any kind of expiration date. Thanks for all the replies.
