What to do with fondue?????

How about switching Tofutti in for the ice cream? I haven't tried it, but I think it has no milk or dairy.

Everyone likes the tofuttti cutie ice cream sandwiches around here. That is what we have used since we found out about her allergy. The thing is they don't always have a dairy free option when we go places, or to friends houses. When she was really allergic, she just couldn't have it. No questions. Now I let her try a little, but try to limit it and will get her anything dairy free as 1st choice. It is so nice to have more freedom in her diet.

I have a fondue pot now and 8 skewers! (Thank you MIL).

So the party is on. My guess is when all is said and done it would have been cheaper to go to the melting pot! This is all part of the fun though. The only thing I couldn't find was little hot dogs, so I will just cook and cut up normal size ones (Nathans, the super yummy kind.) This way I know the kids get a little protein.

omg I know what I'm having for dinner! I had no idea what we were going to have and now all I can think of is fondue! Time to break out the fondue pot and go check out my fondue cookbook (yes, I am that fancy)

My husband called me today from Trader Joes, asking me if I needed anything. However, I had my cell in my pocket, but with the ringer turned to silent, so I didn't hear or feel the phone.

Well the fondue party was a roaring success. Everyone had a good time. DD liked the cheese, but her friend ate the veggies and hot dog plan. However everyone loved the chocolate. My only regret was burning my tongue on the chocolate.
