We will possibly have 55 OKW points that will expire at the end of September. We already have a trip planned at PVB for early June, so using them at a WDW resort for a second stay isn't a possibility. We live in SC so I thought about HHI, but it seems to be booked all summer long. I know I could rent them, but I really don't want to go through that hassle. I'd like to use them for a short stay somewhere. Anyone have suggestions?

Why not try for a Concierge Collection resort: Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC

You could try using David's Vacation Rental. It's hassle free and super easy!

David's has a minimum point rental of 95 points. I'd add a few days to my June stay.

Wish we could add days to our June vacation, but we are on a tight schedule because of work and church. Our contract was bought resale so we do not have access to the Concierge Resorts Collection. Can you use points for RCI stays that are not a full week?

It sounds like renting is the best even if you have to add to them. You could also deposit and/or exchange with RCI for say MB for a weekend. I think RCI deposit first will require a min of 80. As noted, the CC is an option as well.
