I am going to use the park strollers, so I don't have to worry about them getting stollen. But what about our diaper bag and supplies? What do you do with them when you go on a ride? Do you leave them with the stroller, or can you take them on most rides that a 1 and 3 year old would be going on?

If you leave them with the stroller, is there a big problem with them getting taken? If we do leave them, I will keep valuables with us in our fanny packs and go bare bones on the supplies, using disposable sippy cups, bringing just a few diapers and wipes. What's your advice for this first time WDW Mom :)

We brought our stroller for our last trip and did not have any problems with things being taken. There are hundreds of strollers around. We did not bring a diaper bag per se, but I did carry a soft backpack with a change of clothes, snacks etc etc in it. I always left everything in the basket of the stroller. I was a bit unsure of anything of value (like the expensive autograph book =) I brought) so that usually went with us. There were times I wore the backpack onto rides etc, and just slipped it off and onto the floor if it was in the way.

Definitely bring the bare minimum that you need to get you through the day. Or, if you like to have a little more for back-up but don't want to lug it around all day, leave an extra bag of things in the lockers that are near the front entrances of all parks. Have Fun!

When we took dd for the first time she was 1 1/2, so we were loaded down with diaper bag, extra clothes, etc. We left everything with the stroller and never had a problem. We did take the cameras, the video camera, etc. on the rides with us.

Our first family trip was with a 5 month old and 3 year old so we had to pack quite a bit in the diaper bag. We used a diaper backpack (from lands end) and it worked great, even DH didn't mind carrying it. :)

We brought it on all the rides with us, and never had a problem.
