What to do with bags on rides

Please remind me what happens with bags on rides that you can't bring a bag on. Do they have a thing that each group puts their stuff in that they lock? thanks

for rides that you are not allowed to bring bags on universal allows you to put them in lockers for free near the ride.

Yes, no problem. They ask that you don't carry in full meals or anything that requires heating, but snacks are fine. You can also bring a refillable water bottle and fill it at the Coke Freestyle machines as much as you want.

I just want to say how much I appreciated this tip for my trip in December. It wasn't hot, but I still want to stay hydrated, and the cold filtered water from the freestyle machines was great. I used the one in Circus, Louie's, and a few others over the course of the trip.

Also, many complain about the hassle of the lockers, but we didn't mind them. We would watch the time, and using express or single rider, often get several rides in during the "free" period. For FJ one day we knew we were using single rider, we used the Dragon Challenge lockers, and got an FJ ride and 2 DC rides in before the time was up.

The lockers are timed based on ride waits and times. They are free during the allotted time, then there is a fee for any time above that.

The free times are supposed to be at least enough time to ride once, based on the current wait times. If you've got EP, you can usually ride 2 or 3 times.

Yup, I did this many times last month. The water is cold and fresh, much better than a regular water fountain.
