What to do with Amazon GC's?

Does anyone know if you can buy restaurant gift certificates through Amazon? I noticed that they have some restaurants listed. Not sure what this is about. I would love to buy an applebees or outback with my Amazon. I have three $10 certificates. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think the restaurant listings are just for reviews and menus. I don't see anything about GCs.

I thought the restaurants were listed just for this but found that very funny so thought that I must be missing something. I wish that I could just get cash or a certificate to a restaurant. I'm not sure what to buy with these.
